We seem to assume that suffering is part of life. Even when basic needs such as food and shelter are fulfilled, and one has a comfortable life surrounded by friends and family, the ghost of sorrow seems to be present. Is there a way of living without this burden? In this retreat, we invite participants to explore the topic of sorrow, and pose the question: can sorrow end?
