Watch, listen, feel everything, including tree of course, without interference of thoughts, if thoughts interfere then watch them with full awareness, but if there is no full awareness then there is no full understanding of thoughts, so thought will continue to interfere and so you can't watch a tree without interference of thoughts, so there is not observer observed, no realisation, no transformation.

By the way, above is not K's actual teaching, actual teaching is find yourself, not borrow the paths, the techniques from K, they may be completely misleading and useless

And, by the way K teachings are not result oriented, they are like a song of bird.

So, about the detailed K teachings, they don't exist, it was a song of bird, it was fragrance of flower.

He sung fully and beautifully and few listened it fully.

I don't know

Hello dhirendra....nice words of you , I say !

A reminder he was of old old days , is one of my impression.
A general work he mainly had to do ,is my second impression .

He could not do more , we have the tendency to forget that we ,as global mankind are the failure , is what I feel .
it is of our entire responsibility if war is again a good way for business, by keeping competition and value given to anything and people, we still are choosing war , is what I say.

Who is willing to go near the door where disturbance is huge ? Where hope will not be any more , where what is clumsy call "self " has no capacity.

I say that it is us who have to go this same way ,and take whatever has to be taken, basically any fact has to be taken as such .

When I meet anything ,it is with my own program, self made for life.
This is usually in total opposition with facts of life....still young and life as such is already over.
Will we avoid the suffering of all discontentment ? I say ( not to you personally dhirendra ) : no, impossible .

To overcome the childish animal brain which is actually ours , some energy is needed ,I have found some in using suffering as a catalyst....

take care of you...
ps: I sent a private message..

If kinfonet don't get rid of trolls ,willing to destroy , I will leave very soon...K mention the need to act too.

Hi Daniel

You are right about our collective failure.

I bring back on the front of the stage what I consider as being, in my views so far, THE door...
I took this quote from k on a web site:

Without understanding sorrow, there is no wisdom; the ending of sorrow is the beginning of wisdom. To understand sorrow and to be completely free of it demands an understanding, not only of the particular individualistic sorrows, but also of the enormous sorrow of man. To me, without being totally free of sorrow, there can be no wisdom, nor is the mind capable of really inquiring into that immeasurable something which may be called God, or by any other name.

*Why should I accept sorrow? That is merely another superficial activity of the mind. I don't want to accept sorrow, or to attenuate it, or to run away from it. I want to understand sorrow, I want to see what it means; I want to know the beauty, the ugliness, the extraordinary vitality it has. I don't want to make it into something it is not. By accepting sorrow, or by running away from it, or by approaching it with a concept, a formula, I am not dealing with it. So a mind that would understand sorrow cannot do anything about it; it cannot transform sorrow or make it gentle. To be free of sorrow, you cannot do a thing about it. It is because we have always done something about it that we are still in sorrow.

This is the core, the door for me....I simply say here that I had a glimpse of it and found myself in sorrow and nothing else , 3 years ago it is the only moment when some real happening took place in my life (apart from lucky apparently out of no reason time) but what I mean here is that there was a doing of my own self ( weird word for me),then intelligence says : don't do anything....then in no time our world is seen for what it is...pure sorrow!

all mankind activities make no sense at all because the first reaction itself is wrong ,then logically all is wrong.....if only we all knew deeply how wrong we are ,that would be a start !!
This "feeling" is not hard to get...but to get it sorrow must be there and tough !

Dan.....
