It is not "un be known", actually it is quite obvious what we are all doing, and why.

HI AGAIN THERESE< I JUST FINISHED READING ALL YOUR POST I COULD FIND> THIS IS A SERIOUS RESPONSE..

MAY BE THERE SHOULD BE ONLY ONE FORUM
ENTITLE FEAR- WANT AND ANGER
AND ONLY ONE TOPIC FEAR-WANT AND ANGER

THIS WOULD BE VERY EASY TO FINE FOR ALL OF US AND WE WOULD ALL KNOW WHAT WE ARE DISCUSSING AT THE TIME IF WE ARE SO INCLINED..

AS FAR AS A MODERATOR HE OR SHE WOULD NOT MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE BECAUSE HE OR SHE MIGHT BE COMING FROM
FEAR-WANT AND ANGER ALSO IN THE FIRST PLACE..

<pre> THANKS JIM

its easy to actually read every post by any individual from their profile, is that what you did? if not, do that first, because im sure you would have something way more intelligent to say than that youre a normal person who has nothing to say himself...

i dont know of anyone who would seek shelter under your umbrella even if rainy days always get them down and they are afraid of water

DEAR THERESE, I GUESS I DON"T SEE YOUR CRITISIM AS CRITISM. I SEE IT AS YOUR WAY OF APPROVING OF YOUR OWN SELF,OR ANOTHER WAY OF SAYING THIS IS, YOUR WAY OF APPROVING OF YOUR OWN OPINION,WHICH IS WHAT I THINK WE ALL DO,

RECENTLY IT BECAME APPARENT TO ME THAT THE SELF MIND CANNOT BEAR TO CRITIZE IT'S OWN SELF BECAUSE IF IT DOES IT BECOMES DYSFUNCTIONAL, SO IN ORDER TO FUNCTION ONE PROJECTS IT'S OWN CRITISIM ON TO SOME THING ELSE OR SOME ONE ELSE. NOT KNOWING THAT IT'S JUST OUR WAY OF APPROVING OF OUR OWN SELF. IT APPEARS THAT WE ALL DO IT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DYSFUNCTIONAL PERSON.
THANKS THERESE JIM

i so agree, projection seems to be the most common defense mechanism of all, because yes, as far as having scruples (criticizing yourself), nothing is more emotionally painful than remorse and guilt, to be avoided at all costs, unless you are scrupulous like me because you think it is important to keep in touch with "what is" even when it hurts like hell

THERESE -THERESE- THERESE-YES -YES-YES I THINK YOU SCORED A BULL'S EYE. AND YOU PUT IT SO VERY SIMPLE.EVEN THOUGH IT IS SUCH A COMPLEX PROBLEM THE PAIN FROM
REMORSE AND GUILT CAN BE HORRIFIC I KNOW IT FROM PERSONSAL EXPERIENCE. MANY TIMES I FELT LIKE I WAS HANGING IN THERE BY MY FINGER NAILS ONLY. I KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO ALWAYS BE QUESTIONING AND DOUBTING WHAT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS I HAVE LEARNED FROM WHAT IS IS THAT I HAD TO APPROVE OF BOTH SIDES OF MY SELF, THE POSITIVE SIDE AND THE NEGATIVE SIDE BE CAUSE I AM BOTH SIDES OF MY OWN SELF. " THE MOST OBVIOUS IS THE LEAST OBVIOUS AND THE LEAST OBVIOUS IS THE MOST OBVIOUS", PLEASE PUT UP WITH ME FOR A FEW MORE MINUTES.. IT WORKS LIKE THIS IT SEEMS..IF YOU ARE FOR SOME THING APPROVE OF YOUR SELF--IF YOU ARE AGAINST SOME THING APPROVE OF YOUR SELF.. IF YOU ARE FOR SOME ONE APPROVE OF YOUR SELF--IF YOU ARE AGAINST SOME ONE APPROVE OF YOUR SELF.. IF YOU LIKE SOME ONE APPROVE OF YOUR SELF IF YOU DISLIKE SOME ONE APPROVE OF YOUR SELF,ect ect. YOU MIGHT SEE SOME THING REMARKABLE
HAPPEN, BE CAUSE
REMORSE AND GUILT IS NOTHING BUT SELF DISAPPROVAL IN THE FIRST PLACE** JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO OPEN WITH ANY ONE IN MY LIFE, I HAVE TEARS IN MY EYES BUT I AM APPROVING OF THEM.THANKS THERESE JIM

HI THERESE, YES, ALMOST EVERYONE ELSE IS APPROVING OF BOTH SIDES OFTHEIR OWN SELF. WHY SHOULDN'T YOU AND I DO THE SAME. HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE DO YOU SEE WALKING AROUND FEELING REMORSEFUL AND GUILTY.HERE'S THE WAY THAT MY 'STUPID" SELF SEE'S THE PROBLEM. MOST PEOPLE ARE BORN WITH THE ABILITY TO UNCONSCIOUSLY APPROVE OF BOTH SIDES OF THEIR OWN SELF THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF IT AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE TO WORK AT IT. IF FOR SOME REASON PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME ARE BORN WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO DO IT UNCONSCIOUSLY {THIS IS WHAT SEEMS LIKE A CURSE} THEN WE HAVE TO DO IT CONSCIOUSLY**. I KID YOU NOT, THIS IS HARD WORK AT FIRST BUT THE MORE YOU APPROVE OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR SELF, THE EASIER IT GETS AND HOPEFULLY THE WAR INSIDE OUR OWN HEAD ENDS..
THANKS AFFECTIONATELY JIM
