All these are kind of system which invanted your mind. When these practices are enough intense, there is becoming a sense of tiredness, helplessness of your mind. So, what is cleaning now? When you are in the world of pleasure? There is cleaning itself some kind of belief, conviction that your mind will achieve happiness through something which this happiness release. And just this belief, conviction brings about desire.
