just now i got the feeling that JK is our charismatic wonderful bouncing logical illusion... and i call it a feeling because i have no argument, i dont want to persuade you, but right at this moment nothing is more important to me than to write one TRUE thing: Life is happiness. Would JK like us all to face it? Could we stop thinking the "pursuit of happiness" is possible at all? (its like being pregnant, you cant be a little bit)

i'm fairly certain thinking/believing that "what is" is right (i.e., okay with you), is only right if "what is" is not FALSE, some people are comfortable putting the dubious on equal footing (whatever) with the indubitable, to my mind, this is not only an unhappy condition but actively anti-happy... turning JK into Nietzche, obviously much of that sort of thing is going on, feel good habits being the intent of so many people, begging the question, why do they feel so bad?

so, do you think how i understand JK is a reasonable facsimile of your imaginary idea of JK?

*interestingly, Jefferson originally wrote "pursuit of property" in his Declaration of Independence (but he was revised by the continental congress) and that just goes to show that JFK was right when he told his guests at a State dinner that the greatest meeting of minds in that room was when Jefferson had lunch there alone

JK scholars? did JK ever say that this is all "illusion"?

Reading the other day I came across some discussion where a "what is" includes an inverse/opposite of "what is", while the inverse/opposite, can not be "what is".

my idea of god is that if there is a what is, she is the only one who knows it, coz thats just the way she rolls... i.e., it is difficult for mere mortals to know a falsehood when it is cloaked in deception

Peter, my "idea of god" has nothing to do with religion, it is only to say that while it is, to my mind, extremely worthwhile to try to determine "what is," it would take god to actually know it, and that with all of the attributes attributed to god this alone satisfies me, i know that "what is" is even though withal the deception and misinformation in the world, it is impossible for us to be truly objective

Why discuss belief, when what they tell you is belief?
