Interview Answers

Do you think it is possible to make Krishnamurti more "practicable" than what he himself seems to have allowed for?

No, I believe practice is part of the problem, as it brings in time, and time is what keeps us from realizing truth.

Do you think it advisable to introduce Krishnamurti to people you know? Have you ever done it and if yes, what are your experiences?

I don't think it advisable, unless asked. My experience is that most people are not interested.

Yes. Krishnamurti's statements come up in my thinking, a sure sign that it has happened.

I believe they will grow in importance. If they are a true teaching, I believe this has to be true.

How important do you consider group dialogue to be in understanding the more subtle points of Krishnamurti's message?

It's not essential. One can work it out for oneself. Group dialogues often end in conflict/confusion.

Does the phrase "living the teachings" have any meaning to you?

Only in the outward sense. No meat, no alcohol, seek truth, etc.
