I'm questioning the value of "culture", both high and low, as we know it. This, as a result of my move to Paris which overfeeds its citizens with cultural offerings.
No, I don't feel I've been conditioned by K's teachings. I feel the course of my life was altered by them.
View all answers to this questionThat all depends on the stewards of the Krishnamurti foundations and so on. The K "works" are the books, tapes, DVDs. I favor a conservative approach, as I don't think the work is for mass consumption. It's too late for that.
The works can grow in importance and gradually die away -- those things are not mutually exclusive.

Perhaps others have already made K more "practicable." I think Eckhardt Tolle echoes a lot of K; that's just one example.
I believe in standing by the source, however. If you really work with the material, and aren't in a rush to "get it" it will take you far.
