Can dialogue - in the sense of sincere inquiry - be organized or can it only come about spontaneously, unprompted?

It can come about Spontaneously, unprompted.

But for that to happen, some where deep inside, at least once -in life time one should have seriously doubted the routine that happends in once daily life.
