So curious to see how others bring, into every day.... or even every moment of every day, their understanding and experience of freedom. After all we are so conditioned and manipulated... the journey must be an adventure in itself..

Interview Answers

Do you think Krishnamurti was exceptional, or is the transformation he spoke of universally accessible?

His courage was exceptional....our conditioning is heavy and to make an effort to understand what he means and then actually examine it and live it takes just as much courage so the example is there....

The transformation he spoke about is definitely accessible and possible ... it is however a lonely path and most of us are hesitant about that..... again our conditioning is heavy and being diffrent, not following anything or anyone iis likely to threaten others. So there is a price to pay..... It is however, perhaps the only and the most important focus in one's life to actually examine it all and experience the truth. Aren't we blessed!

Do you think it is possible to make Krishnamurti more "practicable" than what he himself seems to have allowed for?

We may all have a different answer to this question, depending on our personal journey. Not sure if there is a need even to consider it.

Are there any aspects of Krishnamurti's teaching that you find implausible or difficult to accept?

I have not as yet come across anything like that.... but again I have not as yet read it all!

Do you think it advisable to introduce Krishnamurti to people you know? Have you ever done it and if yes, what are your experiences?

Yes, it definitely is.... the best one can do is have a book around a coffee table and hope it will be picked up and looked at....

I have, when I discovered it, shared some thoughts on education with my two daughters while they were in high school..... interestingly enough they listened and showed some interest... the rest is up to them... the seed has been planted I think... and that is all a wise mother will do!!

How important do you consider group dialogue to be in understanding the more subtle points of Krishnamurti's message?

I feel that understanding, experiential understanding has to be personal..... sharing it is ok of course for those that are hapy to! intellectual understanding though is different story, it is benefitial to see how others see it.
