One thing that cannot be conveyed here is the tone of the words we say. It is easy to misunderstand others and take questioning as an 'attack' as opposed to a question for greater clarification.
View all answers to this questionPersonal study, DVDs are best, then tapes. Problem with reading his books is that I often miss the intentional pauses. I remember when I first started reading I read one talk in 15 mins, when in actual speaking terms of the talk it was well over an hour. It's too easy to go too fast when reading. So DVDs & CDs best me thinks.
