Member Statement

I live, as near as I can tell, exactly eight and a half miles from nowhere. Trees, water and nature... now is the time in my life to do the real journey.

Not looking for theory, way too much formal education already, just honest exchange with honest, sincere, average people like me..

If you had to sum up what Krishnamurti is all about in just a few words of your own, what would they be?

Self change... Self ressponsibility... personal work.

Do you think it advisable to introduce Krishnamurti to people you know? Have you ever done it and if yes, what are your experiences?

I do and have done it many times.

I have found however, when they don't get it my job is complete. All I can do is introduce someone to the teachings after that I'm not involved unless they come back. Hard not to push folks. Just found it isn't wise or effective. Introduce them and let it go.

Just my experience not a suggestion or direction of any sort.

Don't know.

How important do you consider group dialogue to be in understanding the more subtle points of Krishnamurti's message?

A lot if you have the right people. Worthless if it is a group with agendas and knows what to do and how to do it.
